ပစၥည္းျပန္လဲျခင္း
- TKM ရဲ႕ Exchange Policy ကေတာ့ မိမိ၀ယ္ယူထားတဲ့
ပစၥည္းအား ႏွစ္သက္ေက်နပ္္ျခင္းမရွိပါက တျခား Colour သို႕မဟုတ္ Size ကို
ပစၥည္း ထုတ္ယူျပီး သံုးရက္အတြင္း လဲလို႕ရပါသည္၊
- ပစၥည္း ျပန္လဲရာတြင္ ပစၥည္းသည္ အသစ္အေျခအေန အတိုင္း ရွိေနရပါမည္။ အကယ္၍
အသစ္အေျခအေန အတိုင္း မရွိျခင္း၊ အသံုးျပဳထားျခင္း၊ တစ္စံုတစ္ရာ ပ်က္စီးျခင္း အားေတြ႕ပါက ျပန္လဲေပးမည္ မဟုတ္ပါ၊
- စကၤပူသုိ႕ ပစၥည္း ျပန္လည္ေပးပို႕ရာတြင္ မိမိႏွစ္သက္သည့္ စကၤာပူ ျမန္မာ
ပစၥည္း ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရး Company ကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ ေပးပို႕ႏိုင္ပါသည္။
- ပစၥည္းျပန္လည္ ပို႕ေဆာင္ခအား ၀ယ္ယူသူမွ က်ခံ ရမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္၊
- ပစၥည္း ျပန္လဲ ေပးရာတြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႕ ခုႏွစ္ ရက္မွ
ဆယ္ရက္အတြင္း အေရာက္ျပန္ပုိ႕ေပးပါသည္၊ ရက္တြက္ရာတြင္ ပစၥည္းအား စကၤာပူသုိ႕
ျပန္လည္ေရာက္ရွိသည့္ ေန႕မွ စ၍ ေရတြက္ပါသည္။
Exchange Policy
If customers are not satisfied with the item they have received, TKM
will allow them to exchange the item for another size or color within a
3 day period, counting from the date of collection, provided
that the item has not been used or damaged. Consequently, TKM cannot
accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (except in the case
of flaws). For exchange to sent back to Singapore you can choose any Singapore Myanmar delivery company in Myanmar. The exchange postage fee must pay by buyer. The exchange and delivery period may vary between 7 to 10 working days from
reception of the return at the Singapore.
